Qigong for Daily Health & Wellness
Thursdays, 8:00-9:15PM Eastern Time
Location: Zoom

Group classes are the foundation of the TQH system. Within them, students practice the signature Seven Static Exercises, dynamic leg lifts, and occasional seated meditation to explore the postural, motion, and breathing habits that bring them “off center,” causing tension and experiences of dis-ease in daily life. As students recognize and accept destabilizing habits, the condition is created to launch away from them. Classes emphasize precise, body-focused guidance to systematically shift one’s state of being towards true, centered alignment.

By practicing in a group setting, students are enabled to grow as a community – we foster the principle of learning on one’s own time, while together.

First class fee: $16

Medical Qigong for Senior Health
Mondays, 9:00-10:00AM Eastern Time
Location: Zoom

We work with gentle motions to center body and mind, and fortify overall physical confidence. Seniors learn simple, yet powerful motion and breathing exercises to improve physical balance and falling safety skills, optimize lung capacity, bolster immunity, and promote energy flow to the internal organs. Exercises involve standing and/or sitting, with instruction given for those who prefer to sit for the duration of the lesson.

Fees for seniors: $50 for 5 classes or $12 per drop in.
